Running real rough!!

I now have 800 miles on it and it's not sounding or performing too well.  It's from start through the fourth gear of hesitant "bogged down" throttle response.  i am a little upset right now......i have called to schedule the 1k service in two weeks.........

the soonest they could get you in is 2 weeks? i suppose they told you its because its cold out that its rough.....
