roman gold emerald green paint issue

Hi guys
  have anyone here had a problem with the paint on the right side pannier because I was cleaning and polishing my bike last week and noticed some pitting in the paint but not to the touch but behind the clear coat I have tried to polish it out but no go, to touch the area its gloss but I looks bad sort of white speckles any suggestions would be appreciated

Hi guys  its all good dealer replacing it under warranty 8 to12 weeks they say. The boat takes a while to get down under  ::)
