Oh wow, I see your just outside of Boston, I will let you know next time, we are usually on a pretty tight schedule, believe it or not this is actually a business trip for my buddy, he is a Beer Mule, he makes this trip 3 to 4 times a year to bring back Thousands of dollars worth of beer, I was lucky enough to come along for the ride

Searching on the part number you will find it only fits up to 2013.

Conflagrations on the CVO Pan America.  I hope it treats you well.  Its a great looking bike.  If you buy a regular PAS and add bags and all the stuff on the CVO you are less than 1K from the cost of the PA.
