Is there any product that will help hide scratches and scrapes in my Slip-Ons and heat sheilds??

They are called decals.  Seriously, if the scratches are real visible, probably the only way is to replace them.  Heat shields you may be able to find on ebay.  I'm guessing that you have a Fat Bob, from your screenname, but chances are not everyone will put that puzzle together.  That's not exactly the first place anyone looks to find out what bike you ride.  You never know what people on this forum have laying around that they would be willing to part with.
