2010 SG 96" engine shaking more now at idle
« on: May 17, 2020, 05:51:49 PM »

I have noticed recently that my Street Glide which only has 20000 km on it I bought it with 10,000 last year is shaking more at idle now. When I check the engine mount torque specs do I do it with the engine weight on the mounts or off?
If it's off what is the best way to support the engine when doing the procedure?
Any tips on the procedure or things that might be contributing for me to check would be greatly appreciated.
I have read about engine alignment online. Anyone offer insight on that and how it is done ontheFLH?
 all thank you

Do you feel it up through your hands? And through the foorboards? My 96"road glide had  this. Turned out there was some rocks wedged between the rear of tranny and the frame.
