What items came with the owners kit?

I'm going looking for a FXSTDSE or a FXSTDSE2 and need to know what extras they came with on delivery. I not talking about bike parts but things like, bike cover, key fobs, literature, cleaning kit or anything else. My streetglide came with a lot of merchandise, does anyone know what a CVO Deuce came with?

good question, I have the 2003 model (purchased used) It did not come with special keys, just standard Harley keys and fobs. I purchased mine in 2012 ish.
