I just got done watching the series, ordered it on netflix after reading the book.

Anyone else here watch it?
Thoughts?

Also curious - is it normal for an NCO to be part of an officer's briefing?
And for all the officers not to be in a briefing given by their leader (LTCol Ferrando in this case)?

When I read the book I thought Evan Wright did a pretty good job. After seeing the panel (specials at the end with some of the key "real" players) I think he did an outstanding job - what are the thoughts here of those that were there?

Not familiar w/series or book, but in regards to your question about NCO's involved in officers meeting it is not unusual to have Staff NCO's (E-6 and above) be a part of an officer meeting all depending on type of meeting it was.
