Screw that.  Doing a little.  Just no long hauls.  Hardest parts are getting on and off.  Can always put it on the kickstand and fall off.

We're guys.  It's not like we've got that many moves.  If when gets you home you just keep using it :2vrolijk_21: :drink: .

Sad to say did all the winter prep for the SEEG today just before noon.  Took off the unheated tan seat and put on the heated black seat.  Oh, and it's 60s or better for at least the next week here.

I'm still running the A/C here in SoCal. I keep hoping it'll cool off some. Seems like the warmest fall we've had since I moved here in Jan 98.

Back to the topic at hand, when I lived in Maine, I never put my bike up for the winter. I'd leave it in the garage with a trickle charger on the battery and on sunny days when the roads were bare I'd take slow putts around the neighborhood. Of course that meant a couple hours of cleaning when I got home, but that was fine too. I've never been a fan of pulling the battery, covering the bike up and forgetting about it for four months.

Winter storage.  This whole concept just baffles me.   ;D  It's 71 degrees today.  Been riding the cleaned up Purple Haze........in jeans and a T-shirt.  If only it could stay this way year 'round..........................
