Well, here's the final design for the stickers I've been working on. Photos will follow later but these are the colorways I've produced.

Deep Yellow/Orange, Blue, Red, Burgundy, Purple, Burgundy with Pink/Beige outer band.

Just done the trial print and cut and the metallics look awesome!

The last ones that were made I stuck one on my windshield (lower middle just above fairing). The weatherproof was a problem as it eventually became unglued.

Regarding other queries.

Cost per sticker is $4.50 plus post and packing ($2.00 per order).

Self-Adhesive material used has a 5 year outdoor lifespan.

Nice work LoRider, but even if there is an Orange and Black, the circular part of the design I really like, but the banner off to the side, just doesn't do it for me. Sorry for the delay but here we go with the additional colorways for the stickers. Please bear in mind that the inks used are semi translucent in the colors, giving a great effect printed on the polished silver and gold materials but not a solid dense color as on your bikes.

did i read correctly 5 year outdoor lifespan on the adhesive and yet it is not weatherproof? I think they would look good on the bottom of the windshield, most baggers put carry bags inside the windshield so a sticker on the outside wouldnt be that bad. you might even stick it to the bag so its inside the windshield.

If you mean hand assembled, yes, they still are. But it's rumored that they will be moving out to the general assembly line in the future.

You mean that is just a rumor......for some reason I was under the impression that it had already been decided to scrap the special assembly team for the CVO's.

You are probably right Spyd...I didn't know for a fact if that is happening, hense the rumor implication. With the cost cutting and streamlining that new management is doing, it makes perfect sense to move the CVO line out into the main assembly area. I don't particularly like the thought of that, but I know that assembly will probably be better because all the tools used on the general assembly line are computer controlled for consistancy, whereas on the CVO line they are not.
