Wire connector

Happy New Year, I noticed this plug with a black and a blue wire hanging under my fairing, and I was wondering if anyone knew what it was for. It has been like that since new and everything works fine so maybe it for my Aux switch? Thanks in Advance CAHDBIKER (see attached picture )

The fender light plugs in around there.

robertg, I forgot to mention my bike is a 09 SEUC, so you are saying that if I had an Ultra that would be where the fender light would plug in? I will check it for power. Thanks for the input.Thanks CAHDBIKER
