Was told today they are putting one in an 18 will check back as they say it will work.
Any word on the dealer’s success?

I have had it for a week now and I like it. It is much faster and the navigation has better graphics and the menus are more user friendly in my opinion :)

Anyone help me with just creating a route as I ride it, then save it to view the specifics of the ride (milage, fuel consumed, ave speed etc.)? This on a 2018 SG CVO and I've used the record on feature and then uncheck box after the ride and it isn't stored under trails. I'd like to be able to do this without programming a destination. I've gone through the manual a few times and am just no seeing how this is done. Thanks much, CC

Couldnt agree more which is why I am hoping the Apple play will fix that. The company that makes the nav for Harley also makes it for BMW cars and they are horrible! If I can use my phone which is what I do in my car then problem solved

I have owned two GMC Sierra's in the past three years. Both have had voice activated GPS. I mumble and they catch everything I say which is pretty cool. So let's take this scenario: driving in an unknown area and want to find a Dunkin' Donuts:

GMC (or any auto GPS) Me-"find Dunkin' Donuts near me". GPS- "I think you want to find a place of interest", Me- "yes". GPS- "state type of place of interest", Me- "Food", "Coffee", "Dunkin donuts". GPS- "sorry, did not find anything"

Now Android auto:  Me- "find Dunkin' Donuts near me". Android auto- "found six within 25 miles showing all on current route"

Seriously, auto and motorcycle manufacturers have no clue how to develop or use GPS compared to android or Apple
