Hi guy's,
As mentioned in the 'new members topic', after many years of sitting and gathering dust, I am able to start riding again.
One of the things I have to do, is changing my tires.
Always been driving the Dunlops, there was no other solution that was adequate. Even if the results in wet conditions were not good, it was better than the other tires available for a bike this heavy.
I knew that Michelin had a replacement tire, the Commander, but there were 'some issues' with.... A friend drove them for 200km and trow them away...
As I was searching for information, I learned that Michelin has improved the Commander, the III generation, but I can't find any recent comments.
The 'youngest' comments I found, where from 2021...
Today we are 2023... and I presume that during those few years, there might been new experiences...
So, my question...
Are the Michelin Commander III Touring any good?
Who is driving them? What are your experiences?
Good or bad, every input is welcome!
Thanks!
Enjoy the ride, and keep it safe!
