I just had the skip or rather not playing for several minutes, after taking off did I realize that it wasn't playing. My mind thought "hey dummy turn on the radio", brain said "it already is"

Mark,
Let us know what product you get to clean it, and if it works. I'm still waiting (like you probably will be) for a day to get out and ride, since you getting what we had yesterday (snow [smiley=thumbdown.gif]).

Fire,
Ya bro we got it alright, the white stuff. I never saw it till it was over and on the ground, been down and out with the flu. Just been getting myself back to the real world catching up. I'm going to pick up something for it Friday. I'll let you know what happens, I'll try it a bunch of times while in the garage, I'll ride around in a bunch of circles, maybe even put up some summer scenery, to give it the right feel.
Later

Mark,
I got a chance to ride a little today, weather here was unreal especially after having six inches of snow last Saturday. CD seemed to work fine so far (keeping fingers crossed), but was only able to take a short ride. When skipping occurred before it was after riding about 50 - 60 minutes of continuous riding/playing CD.

Glad some of you boys got the chance to go for a ride today!!
I'd be back on the bed by afternoon if I tried that today, and my wife hid my keys anyways, she told me!

Sorry Mark.  There were so many scooters on the road today, it put me in the mood to make the spring trek in a couple of weeks to DAYTONA!  Yeeeeeha!  [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif] spyder

My cd also skips intermittently. Always at freeway speed though when it happens. Deifinitely not related to hitting bumps cuase it can be the smoothest road sometimes. I reported it last seek to my dealer. They're contacting the vendor to see if they want to replace it.

Took the scooter out for a little ride today, and so far no more skipping CD's. Hopefully the cleaning I did in previous post has taken care of my problem.

/me is keeping his fingers crossed.

NICE bro for both going for a ride and the CD skipping problem. Havent been able to myself but I've been getting a lot of things done on it with the down time.
Feb is almost gone and that much closer to riding again.
