If you haven't tried the CD Lens Cleaner I would definitely recommend trying one of the ones that has been mentioned in this thread. I had the problem w/skipping and use the cleaner on a regular basis now and so far it has worked.

Don't hold your breath for Radio Sound to reply to your email. They could care less about the end consumer. I tried to get info about the wife's serg CD changer- after a couple of emails- which got NO response- I called them and was told to send it in for about $140 they'ed "repair" it.

My CD skipped on my bike from the very first CD I put in it. But then the display would go blank every now and then,, so when I took my bike in the last time,, my Dealer replaced my radio with a new one,, and my CD has not skipped since I got the bike back. I was told the MOCO had problems with the first batch of radios the put in the 06 Ultra's! I am very satisfied now!! Hope everyone else gets there problems fixed!

I will try the cleaner but this radio is a replacement for the last one that skipped and has only been used about two hours and it started to skip on the very first CD used. I think they are just trading these back and forth because as I said earlier this one skips worse than the last one. DelNel
