the 2-1 ST still suffers from the same issue as all other 2-1 pipes. X amount of volume needs to flow to make power.. Now if you run two mufflers you have more than enough volume and you have double the area to muffle the sound.  City areas are full of HOA neighbor hoods loud pipes save lives and all that stuff great but you will be dealing with issues every day.. Customers have been turning away from loud pipes for many years now. 2-1-2 with a great muffler system is by far the way to go. I can tell you that the limitations on many of these systems have not been tested yet. 150/150 N/A  without excessive noise ... Super charger bikes over 200 hp and the people next door are not upset with you.

Mega shot is a very large pipe.. I may do some testing on the 124 with it over the winter.. if I get time.  :nixweiss:

I am not aware of anyone that has run a fulsac on a 124 + CI engine so I cannot say. Steve built a pipe that is for the mass's . It works well  to compare it to a 2 inch primary 2-1 pipe is odd as they are nothing alike.

The DX has found its way on to more than a few big inch builds. This was sent to us recently by a customer who was skeptical if the DX would perform on the 120R. Keeping sound levels in check was the priority. He got both!
120R, DX Pipe, 2.25 Baffles in stock CVO mufflers, Tman 660.
Awesome TQ curve! Quiet too.

Nice broad power band Fullsac, do you happen to know the compression?

The 660 cam is the 660 SM ?? if so that engine is pumping close to 200 with stock 10.5 comp ratio as I did tune one . It does build some tq.  46 close point I do recall.

It was the 660SM, torque monster for sure. I didn't get a lot of info other than that and the dyno chart. I would assume the compression was stock 120R. I'm going to use that cam in my own 113 when it goes together!

12:1 Pistons, Baisley heads, Dark horse welded crank, 58mm throttle body.  Went back for a check over / tune after putting
some miles on it, 132HP / 142trq.  Steve, the Fullsac set up on this is awesome.  Quite cruising, barks when shes opened up.

I was thinking of the 103 in my Road Glide Ultra and if the Fulsac would be better than the Black hole on that bike. I'm totally happy with the black hole on the 127.

I have experience with that cam at 107" and my heads. Worked quite well at 11:1, 127/117. Next one I build will have a smaller exhaust valve, 1.575 VS 1.61.

Hey Steve I am currently running V&H power duals with V&H Hi output slipons on my 110. How do you think that exhaust would do with your 577 cams and 113 inch build?
