09 CVO RG Tires

I have am 09 CVO RG with a screw in the rear tire. :( Has anyone found a tire that is taller then stock? I would love to have a little more rubber between the rim and the road.

I have looked for any other possibility to run on that rim, but no one makes a tire that will work properly.

The stock tires are somewhat low profile & hit hard often. I live in Pot Hole NY.
