I plan on upgrading my front end with Racetech springs and Gold Valve.Does any one know if left side on an 05 still has cartridge in it?

The '04 and '05 CVO Electra Glides had the simple damper rod system in both fork legs. It was also lowered 1".

Don't bother with the race tech stuff. Get the progressive mono tubes, they are a much better system.

Thanks for the reply. The reason I didnt go with monotubes is I have ridden other bikes with them and though they are an improvement,I feel I can do better with Racetech Springs Matched to my Wgt And Gold Valves.

There is NO SUBSTITUTE for a good cartridge system...period. Springs and emulators just won't do it.
