Just thumbing through "Boom" audio collection catalog and here is what I found; page 15, letter L, Fairing Amp-Road  Glide P/N 76000169 " Fits 06 and later Road Glides (except FLTRSE, FLTRXSE, and.... FLTRUSE2 ) Now before you guys verbally abuse me, keep in mind a similar misprint a couple of years ago revealed the midyear (2010.5) CVO Ultra in black. maybe it's a misprint, but something tells me HD slipped up.

Gotta believe it isn't a typo.

I bought the 11 just before the 12s were announced officially because the CA emissions filing indicated the new SERG was a custom, not ultra, and I waited til last minute in order to get a much better deal (luckily found the rio red at my local shop)

Let's keep our eyes peeled on the CA filings for any supplemental filings by the Moco...

I'm with you Mark only I don't like to use the words "Better Colors", instead I prefer to say with Colors I Like! I think last years colors were beautiful! I haven't seen the Ivory  in person yet and would love to. I started to pull the trigger on that one in Franklin TN but dude from Hawaii made him an offer he couldn't refuse and I'm glad he got it. I would love to see something in yellow and with the Screamin Eagle on the fairing. Is that a Better Color...No, it's just something I like!

Yeah, I was sorry not to see the FLTRUSE on the '12 list.  I think the price of the bike was too close to the FLHTCUSE and it took away some of the sales for that bike.  But, in case they are listening, a '12.5 FLTRUSE in some tasty new color(s) would be sweet.  I hope they keep the Nano, maybe a 16Gb (I bought one and it works fine).  Keep the all-chrome wheels, but goto the Garmin 665.  I needed that weather feature more than once this season and Garmin said they don't have a software up-grade for the 660, nor will they do a trade-up at any price (they said I should 'negotiate" with the dealer).  Since I'm making a wish list, adding the "new" Suspension Sytem would be cool and swapping the Halo headlights for some LED's as OEM.  Not a sermon, just a thought.

OK JR, When I said better colors what I really meant was colors I like better just as you stated.
I like colors with a lot of contrast between the lighter color and the darker color and IMO it makes both
colors stand out more or pop more on the bike.
There is still an Ivory one at Old Fort HD in Fort Smith AR unless they sold it recently and it looks pretty
good. I agree with you also on needing a yellow one and an eagle on the fairing.

Time will tell about the FLTRUSE2.

A similar situation is found in the 2008 Touring Service Manual when the "FLTRU" is frequently listed along with other models in the wiring diagram list and diagrams in the appendix.
