Will you just leave the lowers black or do any orange pinstriping in them ?

Gonna ride it awhile and think on it. Right now I think the solid black down low is adequate......my paint guy agrees but said he coud do some matching black earth and/or orange graphics for couple hundred bucks.
I just got it yesterday and tore into it right away.....its 36 degrees and raining here so perfect time to work on it.
Ive got my seat andwindvest on .....fullsac catless headpipe, baffles and tuner in the box......ill do that in a while....gonna ride it awhile first.

Do you think that there is any chance of a clearance issue when hitting something like a large pothole that would completely collapse the front suspension, like top of fender hitting something on the front of the frame?

The relationship between the frame, the front fender ,and the lower triple clamp is no different now than it was before I installed the lowers........so ,no, I dont believe there is a problem.

I am really thinking hard about adding lowers.  They give much better air management on a road glide.

Ok, got it all back together this morning . Heres some pictures of the finished product( at least for now). I still have some other goodies to install but time to ride and enjoy now!!!!

HD lowers are 699.00 for black ones.
The speaker pods are another 279.00
Hard to believe you could get both for 152.00

What ever doubts I had about buying a new scoot are gone now. Man I love this bike!
Takes a little time to learn the hand controls but WOW is this ever a sweet ride.
And Dave , if you are watching---------the lowers make all the difference. Im sure you know that but I cant do without them-------and they reeeeeally help this bike.

I know, my 15 Rushmore CVO road glide had lowers.  Much better wind management.
