can you put the full size tour pak, painted from the factory on the 2013??? I have seen some 2012's with the king pak, but I did not know if the owner did it, or bought it from the factory that way

They are bought from the factory painted.

Thank you for the part numbers. I don't run a TP very often however I have considered a color matched one as opposed to the black one I have. I could spray the one I already own a solid color to match the bike and forgo the striping.......

You can put almost any tour pack on any bike. I'm using a 2006 king tour pack on my 2013. I also used it on my 2007 RG and 2010 RGX. I just had to drill new holes in the tour pack when I got my 2010 so it would mount up properly to the hardware. I've been too lazy and cheap to repaint it so it hasn't matched any of my bikes in many years.

I got myself the Screaming Eagle leather tour pack and will be adding it with the easy off fittings. Hope to get it fitted on once the snow stops falling LOL

thanks...the color matched thing is very important to me. i had an '07 flhtcuse and hated the leather tour pak so I tried to have one painted by a guy for waaaayyyy to much money and wound up very discouraged with the result. sometimes you have to go factory to get it right. thanks again

Add the lock, detachable rack, 4 point docking system and its going to be around $2k.

I'm glad someone has accomplished this. I ordered my atomic orange TP in Oct and the delivery date keeps getting changed. The story I'm getting is that one of the paint shops closed and that only one is running now. They are telling me that it is scheduled from the middle to the end of February. I'm about out of patience!

Yeah mine took awhile. I ordered the parts and everything in Sept. I left to come back to the Stan mid Sept, bike got delivered late Oct, they got it to the house in Nov, and TP showed up finally in late DEC. They kept giving me a similar story, at least 30 days for paint, then locks where on back order, latches, etc... I guess you can say I was not as frustrated since I am over here, but I was not happy waiting that long for it! Best of luck!

Well, I suppose it is but it fits VERY NICE on mine

its got the right shape for me. I also fitted the secure locking system to it so its all good to go.
