Cracked indicator lamp lens
« on: September 06, 2006, 07:58:10 PM »

Anybody else's look like this?  I got a new one on the way ($5.20 from Benjy's).  Makes the whole bike seem like junk looking at this while cruising down the road.

I've seen pics of the inside of your fairing Don so for you there's a bunch of stuff to move [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif]
Normally you should be able to get at it without too much difficulty.

Ain't that the truth Dude!  There's just those four little tabs from the plastic ring that go through the light housing.  On a bike with a stock radio and nothing else stuck up on top of it in the way I'm thinking that would pretty accessible.  On my bike if one of those bulbs ever burn out I'm liable to do without for a long time [smiley=nixweiss.gif] .  I'm betting Brian's wouldn't be too bad though.

Brian, definitely change that little bugger before or at the same time that the Hawg Wired amp goes in.  It won't get any easier with more stuff in the way.
