That's different. Cruise control used to have min/max limits of 30 and 90 mph respectively. I had some pre-04 with the older data bus Delphi that wouldn't set higher than 83-ish as best as I can recall this many years after.

All M8 bikes are governed to about 115. Once tuned with other than an HD tuner the governor can be removed.
