Title: boombox screen
Post by: anzac on April 08, 2018, 01:36:15 PM
the screen that allows me to change serious stations has disappeared, I can still change stations but I have to go into manual change and punch in the station numbers. The screen that appears is the screen that shows am/fm radio stations. This just happened recently, any thoughts

thanks

Firstly, make sure you have the latest Boombox update. Assuming you do, the infotainment system is really just a computer which needs to be reset from time to time. Most glitches can be fixed by simply removing the main fuse, letting the bike sit for a minute, and reinserting the fuse. See if that helps.

Don't be so serious and good luck with your Sirius XM Radio.   :huepfenlol2:

I was out riding yesterday and my screen froze. I couldn't see the routes the screen was just faded blue. All of a sudden the radio restarted and I had to hit accept again, this happened 3-4 times yesterday. I have the current download as I do keep up on it!  I'm going out today and if this happens again I'm gonna do the pull main fuse thing as suggested.
