Title: Stage 2 in 103SE WHAT KIND OF GAINS
Post by: PigRiderCVO on April 16, 2018, 09:23:24 AM
My 2006 CVO Ultra Classic is in the shop getting D&D FatCat and Stage 1 air cleaner put on. Has anyone done a 2into1 and intake and had a Dyno done? I'm curious as to where my numbers may be
Thanks guys

Your intake and exhaust will help but, you will have to have it tuned in order to get the most out of your investment. My guess would be a gain of ~8hp/10trq with a tune.

IF you really want to make a difference, upgrade the cam, adda power commander. Did mine so long ago, Zippers 575 If i recall correctly. ended up around 91HP and 107 torque.

Stock, my Cherry was 86.9/93.6. Hope you got more out of it than that with a cam too.

This is the Dyno sheet from when I bought it.
Stock header with Hooker Slip Ons
Stock intake and air filter
With a PC3
I'm lost. My buddy is taking a peek at my cams tomorrow to see if an upgrade had been made. Sure looks like it by this and seat of the pants. The front wheel hops going into second and it hauls ass.
