Title: Hawg hauler wheels

Looking to upgrade my front wheel to a 21 or 23" wheel, Hawg hauler has the one that is similar to the agitator wheel I current use.
Also upgrading the tire is important, what size tire should I put on the front wheel?

Used a HHI 21” wheel and their wrapped fender on road glide, very close cut to Harley wheel, used harley agitator on RE at, great guys to work with, ask for Jeff
Also used their 14” bars

I have the CVO 19" wheel, with my wrapped fender, so is all I have to do with the fender is changed the mounting to give more space?
