I was wondering if it is possible to Port the Harley 50mm throttle body that is cable operated?
-
I believe that some of the older Throttle Bodies can be ported you would be best to contact one of the members/vendors here to get the real answer. Good luck!

Thank you lowflight

Can anyone point me in the direction of who to talk to or maybe point them this way please.

If my memory serves me right, I think the 50 mm TB's pre-2011 could be bored and ported. After that I think they were to thin. HPI used to do this service I think, don't know if they do it anymore.
Why not just consider a new HPI unit to the suggested size?

That might be the best option Mr.Warlock. I'm having the heads done up with a port and polish, with valve work and new guides. I figured might as well bump up the air going to the heads but I don't think a 58mm is a good go might be to big as Im running a 211 cam.

on my 13, had Tman do the heads and he port matched the Tbody to the heads, it still had stock blade... it ran very well. later on I went to a 58 and only gained 4 hp 3 tq . just throwing that out there as a option

That's good to know fastfreddy thank you.

For not much more, you can have an HPI. And they are Soo much prettier.
