I did do a search, has anyone bought "Fire and Ice" seat from Corbin? I'm interested in hearing if the seat does cool down in summer?

That's a new one on me. Heat and cooling? Unless doing something like Peltier cooling that could get complicated and cumbersome real fast. Heavy too. Would be very curious how noticeable the (probably) minimal cooling from Peltier Effect cooling would be if that's what they're doing though. Go buy one and tell us about it!

That is exactly what they are doing. Claim 10-15 degrees below ambient air temp. With a $200 bump from the heated seat I would have to try it before I would buy it.

Even 10-15 degree difference can be a lot when you're in the triple digit temps of the California Central Valley (aka The Big Valley) or the desert riding of the southwest.
My 2012 Super Duty had seats that had cooling and that was in a truck, years ago. I often thought "why couldn't they put the same thing on a motorcycle seat?"

If ambient is high, 105 up, you will be lucky to get a 5 degree drop. Sort of like a heat pump when the temp is zero.

Here's a review that reflects a significant difference when the ambient temp is in the 90s.
