Folks,
I have thoroughly enjoyed this site since I purchased my '11 RG CVO, then bought '16 RG CVO. Saturday, I bought a RG Special as I could not justify spending $44K on a pleasure vehicle that honestly is not worth the added money.
Since I am no longer a CVO owner, I have to leave the group. Thanks to this awesome form and its members. You guys have provided me so much helpful information, time saving fixes and just good ol banter. Wish I could still participate.
BTW took the new bike though incredible twistys yesterday. Can not believe the power and torque of the 114 CI Milwaukee 8. It actually snaps your head back on the light RG with no tour pack and all the weight of the CVO's.
Good luck to you all, be careful out there.

just because you no longer own a cvo, you don't have to leave the group. I was a member on this site for over a year before I got my cvo. was able to buy a lot of cvo takeoffs for the wife through the classifieds here.
I say stick around. you can still impart knowledge, or even pick up some.
congrats on the new ride. looks nice.

Glenn, congrats on the new ride but dude, don't leave just because you don't currently have a CVO. There are a few long-term members here that have moved away from the CVO world but are still active participants along with active GTG attendees. Ya still got a Harley.... :2vrolijk_21:
Now....if'n you moved to one of dem BMWers or Gold Wangers, dat's a different story....(just a'jokin a bit there guys...don't get your panties in a bunch... ;D )

There's people here with Hondas. No one gives a chit what you ride.

Some of us ride bikes they don't even make anymore.

Heck, you can do more than "stick around", you can come on the rides. I say give that new bike a nice long run to the Grand Canyon. Join us the first week in May. A great way to break her in!

Good Luck with the New Ride !!! I did the same thing I no longer have a CVO and I been on one since 2005 tough call not to stay with the CVO but I'm happy with the new bike 2019 Limited 114 Scorched Orange and Black Denim. I love this site also that's why I'm still around here Great Group and Great info here @ CVO Harley.

We also have members that blow up truck engines and make Road Glides fall down and who can't find Arkansas. Even they are welcomed!! :drink:

Hey, I found Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas on that trip. Last year it was that 19 year old Roadglide that let me down. I'm giving it another try this June.

This is more than a CVO or even a Harley group. It's about people socializing and sharing knowledge or maybe a laugh. Stick around if you want. Congrats on your new bike.

No need to leave stick around. It’s not just about the bike you ride it’s about the fellowship and riding

I agree with Chuck. I have friends who have never owned a CVO but have been to several GTG's including the MITM. So, hang around, come ride, come socialize. Uncle mikey on't let ya regert it !
