Ok, they helped me get the missing  bolt size and I replaced it on my ride home. I am slo adjusting to my 1st 2 into 1 pipe and starting to like it, it’s loud though LOL. The low end power is insane and he told me his dyno reads accurate Wichita equates to about 10% lower the most🤣

So Im confused....is it a slow POS, or does it have insane low end power?

Im guessing once the exhaust leak was fixed (missing bolt), the issues were gone?

Also, its pretty much mandatory you post your dyno sheet  ;D

North Star, I was pissed when I 1st posted after seeing a dyno sheet with 11 less TQ plus missing a mounting bolt but once I got my mind around the fact their dyno reads lower then most and relaxed, I realized the power is all there on top and way better down low LOL. I can’t get my dyno sheet to post because of the file size but I’m trying🤓 the exhaust is way roudier then what I had before and I’m getting used to it now but might try to quite it down a little if I can.

I ended up bringing my bike to Big Boyz in Maine and he spent 8 hours tuning it on his 4 gas dyno. It runs really well now, but it’s tough to ride in slower traffic because it wants to get up and go. On off throttle at low speeds is abrupt. He was amazed at how flat my TQ curve was. It hit just under max TQ at 2500 rpm climbed slowly to 3500 and stayed there till over 5000 rpm, almost a completely flat line. The bike has a super strong low end and still builds HP till 6000 rpm. I was riding on the highway with my friend that has a built 103 heads cam compression and he was down shifting to 5th at 80 and I was pulling him in 6th. The bike buries the speedo with ease. I just need to get use to the low speed manners. It feels like a caged animal trying to get lose unless I’m super careful about throttle input. All in all a great combo for top to bottom power!

Low speed throttle response is completely tunable With the throttle blade control and timing tables.  There should be no “off & on” type feel to it.
Sounds like you’re almost there!  Enjoy!

Update, after spending 2 months with the Bassani B4 I can say I’m completely satisfied. It has broken in and sounds amazing. My muffler discolored during my dyno tune and after speaking to Bassani they shipped out a new one under warranty. Great service, great looks, great sound and incredible power characteristics.

Nice to hear that worked out so well! Historically, I'm a huge fan of D&D but I may have to add the RR to my arsenal
(bag of tricks).

My 110s typically average 129/129 with flat TQ from 2200-5500 using the Borezilla. From what you're
describing, the RoadRage can also fit the bill on these. (Be nice to see a TQ graph from your 117) I may have
to try one of those pipes on my next guena-pig.

Sound and looks are not usually high on my priority list, and it'd be nice to have another option/supplier to choose
from.

Thanks for sharing your experiences.
