My 0.02 worth is ditch the cat. My first bike with converter a `15 S.E.S.G. the heat from cat-converter in summer so intense made my calf red and was painful to ride very long.

I installed V & H ex. system significant heat reduction as usual needed ecm tuning, bike runs much better, alot cooler and much more comfortable to ride in Summertime! De-catting header a good solution too, if one does not want to replace the ex. system.

That much heat cant be good on a engine long term.

If your good with what you have keep it. My vote is for the Fullsac system and a TTS tune that you can do yourself. Steve from FS can set you up with a variety of setups. My 13' CVO Ultra woke the "F" up when I installed his system with a tad better mileage. Love it...Good luck Sir!

Big fan of removing it and a big fan of fullsac. What color did you get?

Did the cat surgery on my '09 SE Road Glide...SERT'd and added Vance & Hines hi output slip-ons. Woke it up & sounded great.
