I'm in the market for one, but I think we'll have a hard time beating Harbor Audio's price of $638.00.

That is a good price.  I wonder when they will have any in stock?

They've been taking pre-orders and shipping out as they get them in, a few at the time.  They said that they expect to be fully stocked in a couple of weeks or so.  I'm trying to wait until Garmin gets some of the bugs worked out of before pulling the trigger.  There are several guys over on ZumoForums that have been locating bugs in the operating systems and reporting back to Garmin.  Maybe in a few weeks they will have a firmware update that will improve the operating system a bit.

I've read some of those Zumo posts.  It seems that no cities were listed on the maps of the first release...

It's the funk way it uses custom routes imported from Mapsource that's got my shying away from it.  Seems as though there are a number of issues with that.  I'll wait a while and see if they get it worked out.  My 2720 still works just fine, but I would like to have the Bluetooth of the 660...and the better screen resolution.  Maybe soon...

I believe firmware updates are no big deal to upgrade later.

That's a great price.  Thanks for the heads up.  As far as issues, I think Garmin will get the updates out very quickly.  They have been responsive in the past.
