No fair showing bling, bling, and not giving info on who makes them and part number. :D The downtube wraps look to me like they could be Kuryakyn parts, am I correct?

  You guessed it right. It's the kuryakyn neck cover w/down tube cover extensions along with the rear frame covers. Makes a big difference in appearence covering up all the ugly welds.
