welcome to the site, i dont have a dyna i have a road king and a softail, so i cant help you too much with location for an oil cooler on a dyna.

on the road kings you can get the H-D cooler that bolts on the frame below the voltage regulator, on my softail i have a pro-1 oil cooler thats one one of the front frame tubes
