front wheel spacing

my bike is a 1998 dyna wide glide ,not a cvo,, but can anyont tell me ,on the front wheel spacing,,one large spacer with stripes,, one smaller spacer with no stripes,,which one goes on rotor side??

 On my 02 dyna the two stripes are on the rotor side hope this helps..... :2vrolijk_21:
