Title: T-Man Upgrade
Post by: Pan1 on August 19, 2018, 11:56:35 PM
Anyone have feedback on T Man M8 builds. Looking for 120HP and for torque to come in around 2,500 rpm

Good luck, last I talked to him he didn't want to work on my bike. He is too busy!

I guess any business owner would hope to be to busy to take a job but I would think turning one more down could come back to bite. But then I have never been in that position. ;D

From a consumer's perspective I'd prefer a guy to tell me straight up, "hey, we're swamped.  Best not send me parts right now."  Compared to the alternative that is sending a guy your parts then having them set and set and set and getting excuse after excuse I'd rather know they're busy beforehand.

Like Rooster though I've rarely been lucky enough to be so busy could afford to turn the work away  :drink: !

For what it's worth a friend here got on the phone with him a couple months ago and got parts ordered promptly. Shipped promptly too.

I emailed them a month ago to get some answers on parts of my own I wanted to get worked.  Had an answer in a couple days.  The follow on conversations have all seen answers within a couple days every time.  Sent the cylinders and heads off maybe three weeks ago.  Got charged for the work today with parts ready to go and shipping (so I'm told) back to me.

Here is a copy of my 2018 Street Glide dyno sheet from TMan, been 110% satisfied, smooth running, quite, great mileage, effortlessly power none to say the least. TR and the guys that work in his shop are 1st class in my opinion, shop is very organized, clean, they were very respective to me, they answered all my concerns, no BS, but they are very busy and doing the work themselves. All I can say everyone has an opinion, the wait was worth the performance for me. Would strongly recommend.

TMan always delivers.  And once again that Fullsac pipe doesn’t disappoint!

^^   That's been my experience. T-Man is an honest guy imo.

He’s returned my calls quickly and been super pleasant both times I’ve called him.
