Sounds good. Should work well with the 117 kit.

On my 2015 CVO the SE 585s dynoed at 100/116 with an MGS Pipe..

23k miles later I added a SE 58mm t.b. and a Fullsac DX pipe with 1.75 powercores and gained 10 h.p. and lost 2 ft pounds of torque (110/114).  What would make make the SE 585 shine in the 110 would be a Cometic head gasket (.030) and some added compression (either headwork and or /10.5:1 comp pistons )... Don at HDSP has some builds 119/119 with this set up and another at 119/127 which was tuned at GMR in Texas  for a customer in New Mexico...

In the 117 with headwork the SE 585 cam make 130 to 136 ft pounds of torque, with h.p in the 115 to 120 range depending on your pipe ofcourse...

Don at HDSP worked his magic on my 2012 Road Glide FLTRU's heads (Street performer heads and AV & V valve springs set at 10.35:1 compression) and the dyno numbers were 100/116 In my 103 with the SE 585 cams..

Once my ESP expires (June of 2022) I will add the SE 117 pistons and barrels kit and may swap out cams (TTS 150, or Tman pistons and his 590 cam, or the S &S 635 H.O. cam with HDSP headwork, or leave the SE 585 cam in have Don at HDSP add his magic to my heads again)...Right now I have more time than $..lol

If something happens prior to June of 2022 which requires the heads to be removed I will leave the pistons and barrels stock (110) and send my heads to HDSP ...

If you decide to keep your SE 585s I would bump up the compression (Cometic head gasket and headwork to avoid pinging due to poor gas)..

Good luck and enjoy your SE 585s for now...

Just a few comments
Its all about the combination of parts. Dyno numbers are one thing but how they ride and feel especially at lower speeds where we spend most of our time is important.
I have and do recommend Mahle pistons to upgrade the SE 117" kit but in special cases have used Diamond for customs. They are all 4032 alloy and coated therefore can be fit closer for better ring seal and life. The Tman 590 is a cam with the right compression that checks all the boxes when combined with my head work. The 635HO I would recommend against unless you want an impressive dyno sheet only.

A little added compression will really wake up the torque on a SE 585. My sheet is posted in another thread . Cometic .030, shave heads , zero deck cyls. nothing trick with this. I ended up with 92 CC chamber , 10:57.1 static, Corrected 9:96., CCP 209 . There may be some better cams out there, like   Kury 24-d, T Man 600 etc; Don hit the nail on the head  it's all about the right combination of parts..that's where good experience with what works is key...   Pretty please with my combination, think you will be too.  Above all ..there is NO substitute for a quality tune . Think you will be a happy camper..
