Hi,
Always was interested in getting one of these with the built in sound, now that there older and the prices are way down i would like to know if these had any issues that I should be aware of or things I should look at when buying one of these.

Any motor issues, leaks or weak points?

All input greatly appreciated!

TIA

same weak points as all other 110" (lifters, crank run-out)
If stock, it will run out as all the others.  Typical stage 1 will cure that with the right tune

I have one and LOVE it, have yet to see another on the road. Everywhere I go I am complimented on it. Like previously mentioned, just your typical twin cam issues.

Good luck  :drink:

Compensators are another weak point in the bike. I had to replace mine.

With all that aside, its my favorite paint job Harley has ever done. And since there aren't many of them, a lot of people think I have a custom paint job. A solid stage 1 can be a great running bike. I have a 117" in mine now and there are no intentions of this bike ever having another owner. I seriously would not trade it for a brand new CVO.

I'll run into one every so often, maybe 2-3 a year. But that's what I love about them. I've even won a couple smaller bike shows when it was in completely stock form.

The factory AMP's have issues. I had 1 replaced under warranty and when I sold the bike the AMP was acting up again. The left or right speaker side starts going in and out intermittently when you hit bumps and such. Primary chain adjuster was replaced at 7K as well but motor was a little built and I rode it accordingly. Love the 13 CVO's tho best King ever built and I have had alot of them! Wish I could have justified keeping it after I bought the 17 SG.

I love mine.  Some have had compensator issues, not mine.  Some have had lifter issues which is common with all 110 motors.  I have had the issue but I built the motor with 2000 miles on the bike, and again to 117 ci with 14000 miles on the bike.

I have had two other 110 that the lifter went bad, one required engine replacement.  Should not happen on this one with woods alpha lifters.

Bought my used FLHRSE5 in May 2015 with 2200 miles on it. First owner had made a few performance modifications (high-flow oil pump, cams, exhaust...) but ridden it sparingly. I've now been riding it for just over three years and have put over 30,000 miles on it. I made some ergonomic changes (14" Wild One Chubbys and Ultimate seat/rider backrest); added a V&H Throttlepak and Dynojet Power Commander V.

My objective review:
-Very pleased with most everything but found the stock suspension to be rather harsh. Recently added Progressive 944 shocks and see signficant improvement.
-Developed comp sprocket issues this summer and will be replacing that with HD #42200064A.
-Amplifier wiring for ipod sound system has been problematic. Loose connection inside amp.

Overall,  :bananarock:
