Sena 20S /Freewire headset volume
« on: April 12, 2018, 02:05:27 PM »

I have headset volume problems.  2017 CVO Limited.  Sena 20S, Freewire, and iPhone.  I can barely hear the headset volume.  If I change the Boom settings to listen to Com thru the bikes speakers, the mic picks up the sound and it causes feedback in the conversation.  Is there some setting that I need to change or a way to crank up the headset volume?  Thanks

First , with the headset on and radio playing through the freewire turn the large wheel on the headset clockwise until you hear the beep, then turn up the radio using the toggle on the left hand grip. If it doesn’t get louder you have a problem with the freewire or headset.

I had the same issue and played around with the "wheel" one the side of the Sena and the volume on the handlebar controls and it fixed it

You can also use the Sena App or download on your computer.  App via bluetooth with you headset or 20s hardwired to computer port.  Go to your headset settings.  You can adjust allowable volume and there is also a volume booster available.  With my settings it will turn up on the wheel to almost unbearable volume.  Oh and if you adjust anything don't forget to hit save settings!
