XM Radio No Sound

I have a 2019 CVO Limited and just activated the XM radio as I have a long trip upcoming.  It appears to work properly, good signal strength, especially since I moved the antenna outside the fairing, and the channels display.   The radio shows the service has been activated.   However, I do not get any sound from the speakers.   The XM receiver came stock on the bike. 
Any suggestions?

Is the CB on with the squelch turned up?

 Thanks, I did shut off the CB, still no sound.   It’s very odd since everything looks like it is working fine.  I took off the fairing cover and could not notice anything unusual with the XM receiver.   Maybe I need to dig in further to ensure all connections are good.

Do you have the sound going to a wireless headset by chance.

No, The sound is routed to the speakers, although I did test that also.
