I have been reading many of the post over the last couple of years, enjoy the wealth of knowledge and information. Thought it was time to say hello from West Tennessee. Enjoy riding more than any hobby I have. Riding about 15k per year, with a couple of long rides each year. Recently purchase the 08 SERK, needs exhaust. Thanks

This "New Member Welcome from The Ether" thread is one I admit to rarely ever looking in and even less often responding to. So many members pop in, play for a bit then fade away.

As we've done the group buys of different items I got to learn that there are a lot of people out there like this gentleman from Tennessee though. People would get a patch (or whatever) and comment about watching and reading for a long time; and rarely if ever have posted.

That always seemed very cool. At least to me. The community is strong enough to hold that kind of interest. Some of those same people show up at the Gatherings and have a hell of a good time too (Hi Linnny).

So, new member who is not so new, welcome aboard. Hope you enjoy the hell out of the new bike. Hope you continue enjoying the people here and the things that are said and shared. Enjoy it in whatever way is most comfortable. But enjoy it.

Any others out there that enjoy it the same way, y'all have a good one too

Welcome from the northern regions of Florida! I tend to read lots more than post here myself usually. It sometimes costs me money for stuff I never knew I needed until I read about it. So far so good - folks here speak the truth as to mods, etc. Glad you found the site.

I noticed the name of the town he's from and asked if he knew Wa. He sent me an email that night, and was asking about my email address. He recognized it. After 2-3 emails back and forth over a couple of days, We figured out we've met before. He knew my dad, my business, and I knew his dad and his former business.

So, all of you site members, as far as JHD06 knows, I'm a gentleman & a saint. So please act like you don't know me if JHD06 is online.
