JC, no doubt it would be a blast.  Like 2lane said, $h!t, if we have this much fun sitting down at a keyboard, what would it be like in person?  But 1857.26 miles for me according to Mapquest.  I don't think it's happening, even with a [smiley=shocked2.gif] trailer.  You do something in CO next year, though, and then we can talk again. It's 2594.05 miles for me to Reno.
Hell if I took a trailer, I would have to do a second mortgage to pay the gas.

Hey Chip. ... ...  2594.05miles ain't all that far.  Hell, Kyle Petty does it every year.  Let's ride ( emphasis on RIDE ) out there to TrailerLand and see ole JCZ and the boys.  Just give me a couple of weeks notice and I'm rearing to go!    [smiley=1syellow1.gif]  Hell, we'll even see if the Hillbilly Heros want to tag along with the Carolina Kids.   [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif] Har!   spyder

Wasn't going to tell them that we ride in the rain, too.  Hell, those boys from back east pack it up in trucks and trailers when it looks like rain.........didn't want em melting when they read that we ride in it. [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif]

WAIT ONE MINUTE!  I resent that remark...

Riding from York Home we (NAITRAM, Steve and myself) started hitting heavy rain towards the end of I81 and on to I84.

By Danbury, I would have stopped and stayed the night  but I really had to get home.  I Spent the next three hours riding at night in the rain.  It really sucks when you can't see the white lines...for all I know I was crossing all three lanes the whole trip until I hit I495.

This was not one of my smarter moves with cars and 18-wheelers stil doin'75 and I am doin' 60 'cause I cant see through my glasses when the water got on the inside.

Spyder, Kyle Petty only works on Sundays and even then doesn't show up most of the time (if you know what I mean [smiley=laugh.gif])!

Now that's just plain mean, Chip.  He's just had a bad run of it.  I think he's gonna make a better showing any week now.    [smiley=beer.gif]  Har!  spyder

Brian, don't tell him it's one of those secret "moderator's buttons."  I've never pushed the "Blame=Chip" button.  Have seen it.  Just never had the nerve.

Well Bill......guess that'd put you in the "riders" class rather than the "trailerers".  [smiley=laugh.gif]  And so therefore, the aforementioed statement would not apply.  Ride easy brother. [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]
