I like my 550 too - but when Garmin has sorted out the various software bugs next season I will change to a 660 - for stereo  ;)

Got the new Interphone F4 headsets and now a better input would make sense.

Hi Kraut

I've just read your post today as I have bought a 550 recently (not still on the bike). You tell that the music listening is not stereo ?
I have been looking for this information on the Garmin site and have nothing about that ?
Thank to confirm

If you recorded your MP3 files that you have on the memory card in your Zumo then it is stereo. If you are listening to your MP3 files using the Aux input on the radio then you will hear stereo thru the bike speakers and the helmet speakers.

I think what Kraut is talking about is the Bluetooth output, which is Mono on the 550 and stereo on the new 660.

Thank you Jim, all MP3 will be on SD card as the internal memory of the Zumo is full with America and Canada maps (I bought Zumo in US) so I'm reassured about stereo function.

PS : I'm waiting impatiently my Boom !!

Hello Jean-Paul:

I just mailed it. You should have an email with the tracking #.

I think you meant to say "patiently" and "Bomm".

Unless you are refering to the fact that you can't wait to get it, then "impatiently" would be correct.

Although the "Bomm" does look like it can go "Boom" :huepfenlol2:

Your English is still better then my French.  ;D
