motor temp
« on: August 12, 2009, 09:24:31 AM »

finding myself increasingly dissapointed with how hot my '09 110" runs, could it really run hotter if I put the D and D 2 into 1 on and did't (in the short term) add a tuner. planning a tuner in the future, just don't have the funds now. I could install the exhaust myself to save some money. my '07 96" never came close to running this hot , stock or after doing the reinhart true duals. what changed so much? is it just the cat that is raising the temp., or is it a leaner a/f.

I figure bigger is hotter right? Anyway, the vast majority of us found getting rid of the cat and tuning out the extreme factory lean cools them down a lot.
