Which load equalizer did you use I bought the dynamic rings for the front and a rwd light in the rear. I have a cheap load equalizer on it now and I get the key light and and the lights on all the turn signals act funny at first.
Thanks in advance

I had the same issues with the first load equalizer I purchased. Since purchasing the one from Badlands I have not had any issues and it was plug and play with the proper connectors :orange:

The first one I bought was from Custom Dynamics and it only lasted about 2 months before I started getting a fast flash and a security light come on again. I have had the badlands load equalizer now since June and have not had any issues. Another plus to the Badlands equalizer is you do not have to run wires to the battery like you do for the Custom Dynamics one. The one from Badlands just plugs into the rear light wiring harness and you are done.

I bought it directly from Badlands. Here is a link to their website. http://www.badlandsmotorcycleproducts.com/2008/Contact.htm I suggest calling them so you can tell them your exact year and model to be sure you get the one with the proper plugs. If I remember correctly I think it was around $70.00.

i used this one:

have had it for 6 months now, no issues.  if yours crapped out within a couple of months, it should have been replaced under warranty.  they have at least a 1 year warranty, with some items longer.

I've installed the triple play along with the load equalizer and LED's on both front and back to include a new laydown taillight from Custom Dynamics and it all works well together. They have great customer service; give them a call.   :2vrolijk_21:

they have the leds in the back, but the front turn signals are incandescents.  i had tried a set of the 'moonshinez' front leds that a bud had and they flashed fast, i was kinda expecting that from the dynamic ringz too, and cd alluded to that as well.  however, after just installing them, i got the initial fast flash that you get when you have to 'teach' the ecm that you have leds not incandescents.  after that, seems to be fine.  i haven't gotten a chance to ride with them yet, been raining here, but i guess what i'll do is to hang on to the signal stabilizer and see how things go.  if i don't have any problems in the next couple of weeks, then i'll return it to cd.  they have a 30 day return policy so it gives me a little time.

I have LED's in tour pack lights on '11 SERGU,I added light rings on front, no load EQ, not a single issue.

I'll second the service and reliability from Custom Dynamics.  If you lost a Load Equalizer after 2 months, I know they'd replace it no questions asked.  I've had their stuff on my previous bike with no issues for over 5 years (current bike is too new to include in duration yet).

Ok, back again weird issues now. Right turn signal doesn't work but makes a squeezing noise when turned on from center of bike left works fine. Damn

The badlands one. The running lights and the left signal works fine.

thats probably gonna throw a wrench in the works when it comes to troubleshooting.  cd will say 'badlands', and badlands will say 'cd'.....

hopefully, you can get it straightened out.  is there anyone in the area that you can try swapping out with?  or do you have a second bike?  even with full incandescents all the way around?  if you just put leds in the front, a load stabilizer shouldn't be required, and if they work ok in his bike, that narrows it down for you.
