'Just ordered the Harley Combo Kit from http://www.harleyhids.com/

Looks to me to be a cost effective alternative to the DayMakers.

Will post here when I have a chance to run them for a while.

If anybody has any experience with these, please post some feedback.

Looks like a good way to go,,   The LEDs have that narrow beam.   Hard to see when going around a corner.     I might try one of these on my sg,,   Anyone can tell me about the amp draw?

Just ordered mine as well.  Great alternative to Harley LEDs and SoCal presently offering 10% off code holiday10 .  $183.00 including the LEDs for the driving lights how can you go wrong.  Time will tell I guess.

Note after speaking with SoCal customer support, they do not have a kit yet for the double bulb main headlight.  They are presently working on a wire harness and hope to have it available soon.

Do they have an H11 HID bulb? That's the low beam, I'd recommend only putting HID in that one if you ever need to flash pass or quick high beam. Then find a H9(I think) from someone like PIAA for a halogen high beam.

Just a thought

Amp draw is lower than the halogens once ignited. I think startup may be higher for very brief moment.

Paid $155 shipped for the Harley Combo Kit (HID headlight, LED passing lamps) for the '05 SEEG through a group buy from The Tank.

Install was all plug n play. The HID has a bit of a blue tint compared to the LED passing, doesn't bother me a bit for the $ spent.

Much better than stock halogen w/ superwhite bulbs, the light output on the HID is approaching if not better than the DMs, wish these were out when I purchased the DMs for the '09 SERG, I would have saved a good bit of $$$

The black DMs do look awesome on the Yellow '09 SERG though, if you don't believe me, just ask Greg K. LOL
