2003 FLHRSEI2 gold with graphics

Recently purchased a used 03. The previous owner didn't like the style front fender and replaced it with a shorter style. It's gold but doesn't have the graphics.  I prefer this style too but would like to have it match the rest of the bike. Any ideas on getting the graphics added to this fender?
