would a 09 street glide, fender and struts, fit on an 04 seeg, i would like to put  a 200 mm tire on my 04 seeg,  if not what would have  to be changed

No, the 09 stuff will not fit. Some major mods would neeed to be made to the frame and swingarm. There are companies that make wide tire kits for the 04's. Fatbaggers is one of them that makes a 200 kit. Info here: http://store.fatbaggers.com/20fattikit20.html

thanks for the info , now my next ?? is where can i get a longer rear fender for my 04 seeg, so i can hide the 140 mm tire
