Hello all,

I am experiencing some strange things with my front speakers, loosing them intermmitently, in a middle of a ride, sometimes after starting the engine, power off and restrat. After a power off for a while it comes back. Totally unpredictable and hardly reproductible, but it happens a lot of time. Only front speakers affected.

What could it be?

Loose connection or bad ground would be my first choice.

Many people reported amplifier problems that required replacement on the 2015 model. The amp has had two part number changes since 2015, and the current part number for the main amp is 76000277B. The main amp powers the front speakers, the rear speakers are powered by a separate amp in the saddlebag. I would definitely start by verifying all connections at the amp and the speakers, but if you find nothing there you may be looking at an amp replacement. If you have a good vehicle stereo shop in your area you might want to have them troubleshoot the amp for you.

Hi,

My dealer told me that they have flashed a piece of software for the amp (only the dealer can do that), so far the problem is gone.
