I seen a production number of approx. 400 units from the HD site. Is this true, would make it the rarest CVO right?
-
That would be great and make it worth more money.Which makes me happy because I have one and want to sell it. :orange:

Do you not like the bike?
I have mixed feeling about the Dyna CVO and the resale potential. Many of them sat at the dealerships unsold for months. Does that say anything. I bought my yellow 09 in the summer of '10 and leveraged the dealer pretty hard for a good deal on my part. I drove home 600 miles and left him my # he called and caved to my price after thinking about it.

No I love the bike just having some back problems that are preventing me from riding.Want to get around 24k for it.

Sorry about the limited ability to ride hope the best for you. That is a nice bike I liked it when I saw it on the showroom, the brown leather seat in unique. I hate to tell you but I bought my 09 new in 2010 for less than that. If you love the Fatbob it's worth it but I think it was a hard CVO to sell for the dealers.

Someone told me that there were only 250 CVO Fatbobs made in 2010.I was wondering if this is true.

Called the MOCO. They said there were 319 total 2010 FXDFSE2's produced world wide. 213 black ones. Didn't ask about the other colors
-

How backwards? I think the yellow and the orange are much more salable. Every dealer had the black fire quartz on the showroom. I love my Yellow Bob after the motor work but for most to much $ for a Dyna.

Thought this belonged in this tread. Got it here:

Precisely. The law of supply and demand comes into play here along with the fact that Harleys now suffer the same depreciation fate as most all vehicles do. Buy it to ride it; lose money to sell it.
