Are there any performance parts differences other than the bolt on jugs, pistons, ect.? Anyone?

If Harley's dyno charts are accurate, there must be a difference.  Look at the two charts taken from Harley's catalog for the 107 to 114 Stage III kit and the CVO114 to Stage III 117 kit, compare the dotted line for the stock CVO114 to the solid line in the other chart for the 107 to 114 Stage III kit.  Click on the attached illustration for full size.

Yeah but . . . the 'built' 114 has Street Cannon mufflers while the stock 114 does not.  That might make a difference . . . that and the tune.

Yep.  Looks like both kits come with 4.075 in. bolt on cylinders with 11.1 high compression pistons.  Listened to a M8 while waiting on a tire install.  Sounded good but a little different.  No big puffs of smoke.  Minimal motor noise.

Talked with a 74 yr old gent with a new M8 with over 5000 miles.  He went on and on about the tq at any range.  He currently owns 22 Harleys!  Rides all the time.  It was 37 degress out during our discussion.  Good dude.  FWIW.

This guy was wired right.  Smiled most of the conversation.  Loving every minute of it!  Indeed.
